I had an issue with my mattress and reached out about the warranty. At first I felt kind of trapped, like I might be stuck dealing with it forever, especially after sending a few emails and photos back and forth. But they did get it sorted in the end. It wasn’t super fast, but the process was fair and easy overall

The mattress feels fine overall, but right away I had this gut feeling that the quality wasn’t quite what I was expecting. The fabric and stitching seem a little less sturdy than I’d hoped. It’s not bad by any means, just feels average for the price.

I gave the sleep trial a shot, but the mattress just wasn’t doing it for me. Figured returning it would be simple since, you know, that’s kind of the whole point of a trial. Nope. The process was slow, confusing, and kind of a stupid headache. I had to keep checking in just to figure out what was going on. Total pain in the butt and definitely not the easy experience I was expecting.

I have mixed feelings about this. It did help take some pressure off my shoulders, which was nice, but my hips still felt sore after using it. It’s not bad, just not quite the full relief I was hoping for...

It showed up later than I thought it would, which was a little confusing?? But the mattress itself seems totally fine, so no real complaints there.

I bought this because I sleep hot and the website made the cooling seem way better than it actually is. The first couple nights were fine, so I really thought it might work out, but then I started waking up sweaty again. i’m feeling mentally drained from trying to fix my sleep and spending this much money on something that didn’t help. It feels like it holds in heat more than my old mattress did. Really disappointing, and I definitely wouldn’t call it a cooling mattress.

Yeah, support took a little while to reply, but it wasn’t like they completely ignored me or anything. They got back to me eventually, so I don’t think it was that big of a deal.

I ordered a mattress from Brooklyn Bedding, and as soon as I opened it, the chemical smell was intense. I know new mattresses can have some off-gassing, but this was way beyond what I expected. It filled the whole room and somehow even made my pillows smell like it too.

I left the windows open for days and still couldn’t actually sleep on it. When I reached out to customer service, it felt like nobody really read what I wrote because they just sent back the usual basic advice. None of it helped much, and I’m disappointed. I regret buying it.

The mattress feels alright when I’m laying in the middle but the edges are just not it. Every time I sit on the side it sinks way too much and I feel like I’m about to slide right off

My Brooklyn Bedding mattress showed up in a box, getting it set up was straightforward. The box was heavier than I would’ve liked, so dragging it into the room by myself was a bit irritating, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Once I got it opened, the mattress expanded quickly and didn’t require any tools or weird extra steps, which I appreciated. The whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. I’m giving it 4 stars because the setup itself was simple, but moving that box alone was kind of a pain, respectfully

I ordered the medium firm, i was a little unsure at first if it would feel how it was described. But it pretty much does. It’s not too soft, and it’s definitely not hard like a brick either. So far, I’m happy it matched what the site said.
